As founder and now retired Chairman of the Investment Banking group at Adams, Harkness & Hill (now Canaccord Genuity), Mr. Stebbins orchestrated a number of headline buyout and divestiture transactions helping countless emerging growth and middle market companies transition from good to great.
Leveraging his intimate knowledge of capital markets and deep and profound relations with some of the most respected private equity and institutional investors Mr. Stebbins participated in or supervised over 500 transactions including notable IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements, PIPES, Recapitalizations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures.
Throughout his 38 year career at AH&H and to this day, Mr. Stebbins remains a much sought after industry expert and active participant as an officer and director of several investment industry organizations and as a featured speaker and panelist at numerous seminars and trade conferences.
Currently an active Board Member of multiple companies and advisor to senior executives on maximizing liquidity, T.L. received his BA degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
