Following the recent acquisition of OCS Group by Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Atalian confirms the sale of its operations in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Asia to the private investment firm

In support of this operation the law firms Moses & Singer LLP and Gianni & Origoni; in the role of financial advisors Scouting Capital Advisors and Blitzer, Clancy & Company.

The purchase price is comprised of $225 million in cash at closing, subject to customary purchase price adjustments, and up to $50 million in contingent consideration dependent on the achievement of certain financial objectives over a two-year period.

Blitzer, Clancy & Company advised Unispace in the acquisition and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
